Mary Jo has more than 13 years of print and online experience in the business intelligence/data warehousing space. At the BeyeNETWORK, Mary Jo is responsible for research report project management, global content provisioning and the Vision Awards for Business Impact. Jorge Fernández González es Ingeniero en Informática por la Facultad de Informática de Barcelona (UPC), DEA en Sistemas de Informacion por la misma universidad
y actualmente esta escribiendo su tesis
doctoral basada en el BI Governance y las metodologías ágiles aplicadas a los proyectos de Business Intelligence. Jorge desarrolla
su actividad profesional en tres ámbitos de actuación, el principal de ellos es como Profesional de Sistemas de Información. En el que actualmente ejerce el cargo de Director
de Consultoría en Business Intelligence de Abast Solutions, empresa de ámbito nacional en la que ha desarrollado funciones en varias áreas de consultoría dentro de
los departamentos de ERP, CRM e I+D, así como en la implantación de soluciones ha medida.
El segundo de sus ámbitos de actuación es el de Docente Universitario. Actualmente es profesor asociado al departamento de LSI de la UPC y responsable de la asignatura “Sistemas
de Información para las Organizaciones” de la Facultad de Informática de Barcelona. También ha sido colaborador docente en la UOC, profesor en masters y postgrados de la
Fundación Politécnica y realiza sesiones como invitado en escuelas de negocio como ESADE y EAE.
Por último combina ambas actividades con la de faceta de Divulgador, formando parte del equipo de redacción de la revista Gestión del Rendimiento, siendo
